For option 2: Proceeding Full paper. We would like to inform you that the manuscript should conform the TSB Full Paper Template and should not exceed 5.
Rejection will be issued for wrong formatted manuscripts or manuscripts exceed 5 pages.
Guideline for abstract and full paper submission:
All participants are invited to submit abstracts or full papers. Submitted abstracts or full papers will be peer-reviewed for their acceptance by the Scientific Committee.
Your registration is required to access an abstract submission, but the payment is not mandatory at this stage, unless you get the notification of acceptance. Only accepted abstracts or full paper, will be published in the abstract book or proceeding after the full payment of registration fee has been made. (Please make a payment by October 10, 2021)
Poster Guideline:
A poster number will be assigned to each presenter and will be informed via email.
- Format: e-Poster (1 page with A0 size or 90cm width X 120cm height) presentation file will be accepted in PDF format only.
- Presenter video clip: mp4 file (3 mins) with HD resolution or higher, but not more than 1GB in file size
Note: No need to print the poster and explain. You can use any applications i.e. PowerPoint recording or just simple video recorder. You need to make sure for good quality of sound in the clip, noise-cancelling microphone is recommended.
- Fonts: Do not use special fonts which are not part of the standard Adobe Acrobat Reader package, as this will cause problems while uploading your file.
- File name: The name of the presentation file should include the presenter’s name and the presentation number. To avoid any compatibility problems, please do not use special characters (e.g. «, Ö, Ø, ñ, ε, ®, ý, }, {, etc.) to name your presentation.
- Do not use any passwords or encryption for your presentation.
Presentation Guideline: Time allocation for each presenter;
Keynote speaker 30 minutes
Invited speaker 20 minutes
Oral presentation 10 minutes (to be announced depending on the number of presenters)

Certificate:
Certifications will be issued by the Organizing Committee. If you would like to give the oral presentation, please indicate when you submit the abstract. All presenters will have the certificates.
